About me
I've been into system administration for several years now, and even tho this kind of statements has been proven to mean very little, especially on a CV, please indulge with me and consider that I might have a clue. The things I'm mostly interested in are infrastructure design and management automation, and general scalability issues, databases and monitoring (I consider security more a survival necessity than an interest). I wouldn't define myself as a programmer, although I've studied a bit in that area, especially functional programming, and I'm interested in languages's structure and semantic. I'm not fluent with any language in particular, but I predominantly use python. If you have anything interesting to propose and are interested in seeing my CV please drop me an email and I'll make sure to let you have a copy in a couple of working days.

Spike[lab], where the name comes from
Back in the late '90s Sunrise produced an anime called Cowboy Bebop which quickly made to the third place in the top 10 best Tokyo anime. At that time I was mainly interested in writing, screenplay mostly, and got to love Cowboy Bebop's one. Especially I got to love Spike Spiegel character. I started going by that name on irc and before I knew it people in real life were calling me Spike too.
